Bruschetta
Instructions
You Grill from both sides the slices of bread on a grill or in a toaster.
Rub thoroughly with the cloves of garlic that you previously squashed, and then sprinkle them with salt, freshly ground pepper and fragrant olive oil.
The oil must be Virgin or extra virgin: only the ' soma ' aj ', Italian bruschetta requires a little tasty oil.
Wishing you can enrich this appetising snack with sliced tomatoes and seasoned with a little chopped Basil and a pinch of oregano.
Wine: Orvieto dry (Lazio).

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Black pepper in grains
