TAGLIATELLE with MUSHROOMS 2

03484 NOODLES with MUSHROOMS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 350 g tagliatelle, 50 g of mushrooms, a bag of dried mushrooms (15 g) 400 g of tomato sauce, finely chopped onion, a chopped carrot, white wine, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Let soften in 1/2 l water the dried mushrooms.
Sauté the onion and carrot in a little oil, add the sliced mushrooms, dried mushrooms properly wrung and FRY for a minute.
Pour some of the water of the fungi (previously filtered), a glass of wine and simmer until the liquid is reduced by half.
Add the tomato sauce and cook at moderate heat for 25 minutes.
Cook the noodles in salted water, drain and season with the sauce.
