Instructions

03918 TAGLIOLINI with FONTINA CHEESE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE for the pasta: 200 g flour, 200 g of chestnut flour, 1 egg, water, salt.

For the sauce: 2 large onions, 200 g fontina cheese, 1 teaspoon of powdered Chamomile, 20 g olive oil.

Formed a dough with the two flours, egg and a little water (enough for an elastic dough).

Knead and roll the dough with a rolling pin into a thin sheet.

Formed irregular noodles now.

Chop two onions and stufatele in a pan with oil.

Cubed fontina and pour into the saucepan, mixing with onions.

Cook the noodles in salted water, drain and season the sauce with onions and fontina cheese, sprinkle with chamomile and grated Parmesan.

Serve immediately.
