Instructions

01489 ZITI with PUDDING and PASTITSIO MEAT INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 400 g Ziti with or celery, 1 large onion, 500 g of minced beef, 500 g tomatoes, 1 cup of white wine, ó l of béchamel, 3 eggs, 100 g grated pecorino cheese, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, pepper, cinnamon, chili powder, chopped fresh parsley, salt, pepper.

Heat oil in a pan and let dry chopped onion.

Add the meat and Brown it over medium heat.

Wet with wine and add the tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of cinnamon and chili and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Boil the pasta in salted water and cook them al dente.

Refrigerate briefly under running water and drain well.

Mix the bechamel sauce with lemon juice and two beaten eggs.

Let the meat cool and mix in one beaten egg and a little parsley.

Grease a large baking dish and put half of the dough.

Sprinkle with 1/3 of the grated cheese and cover with the meat.

Sprinkle the meat with half of remaining cheese.

Stir macaroni stayed with bechamel sauce and spread over the meat.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in the oven already warm in 200° for 40 minutes, or until the surface is golden.

Serve immediately.
