Instructions
01041 VEGETABLE FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1/2 kg of Eggplant; 1 large red bell pepper; 1 onion; 3 eggs; 400 ml of tomato sauce; oregano, Bay leaves and thyme; salt and pepper.

Remove the pudding from the mold and cover with the sauce.
