Instructions

FLAN 01209 TAGLIATELLE with mushrooms INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g tagliatelle, 250 g of mushrooms, 150 g Parmesan cheese, 4 eggs, one package of cream, oil, one tablespoon of butter, bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 180° Cook the noodles in salted water for 10 minutes, drain and rinse under cold water.

Drizzle with a little oil, mixed with care and keep aside.

With a damp cloth clean the mushrooms, then cut them into thin slices.

In a pan, sauté them with a little olive oil until their water is not evaporated.

Let cool, then add the cream with grated cheese and the beaten eggs.

Keep half of the preparation for the final seal.

Add the noodles and stir thoroughly; season with salt and pepper.

Grease a mould for cake and sprinkle with the bread crumbs; fill it with the preparation to the noodles, leveling the surface with the back of a spoon.

Cook in the oven, Bain-Marie, for 45 minutes.

When cooked, wait a few minutes, then put on a serving dish, garnish with the remaining dressing with mushrooms, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
