Wash, Peel vegetables and cut them into pieces not too small.
Cover with cold water, add salt and cook by simmering for about 20 minutes.
Let the broth cool.
Withdrawn with a pass all vegetables, mash lightly with a wooden spoon so that some of their tasty water falls in the broth.
