Instructions

01118 PIE NOODLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of noodles, a package of ready-made puff pastry, 150 g of peas, 100 g ham, 50 g chopped onion, white wine, parsley, a litre of broth, salt and pepper.

Fry the onion over low heat.

When it is well dried, add the peas and broth; cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.

Add the diced ham, a pinch of salt, white wine, pepper and chopped parsley; stir thoroughly.

Grease a round mold and foderatelo with the puff pastry.

Cook the noodles until al dente, drain and season with the sauce obtained.

Mix well and place into the mold.

Turn on the oven, bring it to 200 degrees, bake and cook for about 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.
