Meat broth with cheese crepes
Instructions
In a bowl mix the milk with the flour, the egg, melted butter, cheese, chives, salt and pepper, and let it sit for half an hour the mixture.
Melt a bit of butter in a frying pan, pour in a little of the mixture prepared and move the container so that the dough will distribute evenly.
Let the crepe Brown on one side, then turn and cook the other.
Proceed as described until the batter.
As they are ready, put the crepes one above the other, let them cool, then cut into strips.
Spread the meat broth, piping hot, in eight plates, put in each part of the strips of crepes and serve.

- 120 cl of meat broth
- 45 g of flour
- 10 cl of milk
- 1 egg

- Butter for frying
