00099 CROUTONS with thin Slices of LUMPFISH French loaf, spread butter worked with salt, white pepper, vodka and a little thick yogurt and complete with caviar substitute black and red.
Alternate the slices on a plate, forming the petals of a flower.
Put a half Orange upside down patted of black peppercorns.
