Ham with vegetables

00047 HAM VEGETABLES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 200 g San Daniele ham sliced not too thin, 200 g of seasonal vegetables (celery, Zucchini, carrots, leeks, etc.), a tablespoon of olive oil.
For the sauce: juice of 1 lemon, salt and pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil.
For submission: optionally of Grapefruits.
In a bowl pour the olive oil, add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Beat the ingredients with a fork by emulsifying perfectly and let marinate for 30 minutes the ham fat and part private cut slopes of about 6 cm long and 3 cm wide.
