Ham salad
Instructions
ingredients for 4 persons: 200 g San Daniele ham cut into one slice, the juice of one lemon, two tablespoons chopped mixed herbs: Marjoram, thyme, Rosemary, four tablespoons of olive oil.
Finely chop herbs and pour into a glass container.
Oil emulsified with the juice of a lemon and pour it over the herbs.
Add the ham and let it marinate for about two hours time.
When serving, slice it thinly and serve on a bed of salad.
