Shrimp and endive salad

00509 SHRIMP SALAD with ENDIVE 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 4 endives (Belgian salad), 200 g of prawns, 8 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons cream, 2 tablespoons of cognac, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Clean PROCEDURE salad and cut it into regular pieces, shelled shrimps and FRY in a little oil.
Combine mayonnaise with ketchup, cream and cognac, stir just enough to obtain a smooth cream.
Mixed salad with shrimp and cream, salt and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
