Instructions

00561 VOL AU VENT SPINACH INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g frozen spinach, cheese 30 vol au vent pastry, 30 's green olives stuffed with anchovies.

Preheat oven to 180° Reheated spinach and heat the vol au vent in the oven.

Stuff them with spinach and lean over a stuffed green olive.

Serve on a platter by calculating service 2/3 small pastries per person.
