Crostini with celery and Leek cream
Instructions
Wash and cut celery into small pieces, along with Leek frullatelo to make it a cream, add the butter you'll let soften outside the refrigerator.
Add the cream and add salt, spread on croutons that have lightly toasted in the oven.
Decorated with bits of red pepper cut into strips and peppercorns.

- 1 leek (from blend together celery)
- 40 g butter
- 30 g cream
- salt
- peppercorns
- half a red pepper
- 300 g of sliced bread or croutons
