Salmon stuffed apples

00264 APPLES STUFFED with SALMON INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE, 4 large apples 4 slices of smoked salmon, 1 strain of lettuce, 1 lemon, 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of cream, a rib of celery.
Carefully clean the apples and lemon to rub hands together with not to blacken.
