Tagliolini with whitebait
Instructions
Clean the whitebait.
In a pan heat the oil and saute whole garlic and chopped onion.
Join the whitebait and let them stand for a few minutes; pour the wine and let it evaporate.
Now add the diced tomatoes and marjoram, adjust salt and pepper.
Boil the noodles and pass them into the sauce.
Serve with chopped parsley.

- 500 g of type pasta noodles
- 200 g of bianchetti
- Minced marjoram
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Chopped parsley
