Wash gently alicette using a sieve, leave to drain, dip in flour and FRY in a pan with plenty of oil.
Remove browned, season with salt and place in a salad bowl sprinkling the layers with Sage leaves and chopped garlic.
Boil the vinegar chipped in with very little water, salt lightly and pour hot on alicette.
Start finishes after a few days.
