Lavender biscuits
Instructions
Mix the butter with the sugar, beaten egg, flour, dried Lavender flowers and the baking powder.
Knead and flatten the dough, then cut into many cookies using the appropriate forms.
Arrange the cookies on a greased hole and cook at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until they are well browned on the surface.
