Vinegar homemade cognac
Instructions
Put the vinegar into a pan with the mustard, boil until reduced by half.
Go through a strainer and place over heat with tarragon, just pour in the Cognac and bubbles just boils off and allow to cool.
Bottle and put a stopper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of cognac
- 75 cl of white wine vinegar
- 100 g of tarragon
- 30 g of mustard
