Cucumber Vinegar (Aceto di Cetrioli)
Instructions
In a wooden cask pour 100 cl of wine vinegar, add the mother and let stand for 4 days.
Blend peeled cucumbers and add the vinegar.
Must not be tightly capped, but so that air can exit without that neither dust nor insects from entering.
Store in a warm place 3-4 months before consumption.

- 100 cl of wine vinegar
- 20 cl of mother of vinegar
- 5000 g of cucumbers
