The strawberry vinegar
Instructions
Enter i corbezzoli and Bay leaves in a bottle, pour the vinegar, close well and store in a cool, dry and in the dark.
With the passage of time, i corbezzoli will ripen inside the bottle, and will have a nice bright red, very decorative.
Let stand for 3 weeks prior to use.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 handful of ripe little strawberry trees
- 5 leaves of laurel
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
