Easter egg soup and bread crumbs
Instructions
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, a rub nutmeg, half cheese, breadcrumbs, ground pepper.
Bring the broth to a boil, lower the heat, pour in the eggs and stir with a fork to break up the mixture.
After a minute, remove from heat, stir and serve with remaining cheese.

- 4 eggs
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons of toasted breadcrumbs
- 1 rub of nutmeg
- 120 cl of mixed meat broth
- 1 pinch of salt
- Minced 1 of pepper
