Fancy broccoli
Instructions
Divide the broccoli florets, wash them for a few minutes in boiling salted water.
Drain and let cool.
In a large saucepan, saute in two tablespoons of olive oil garlic peeled and cut leeks into rings.
As soon as they become transparent add one tablespoon flour satin and brown slightly.
Remove the garlic, sprayed with cream, add salt and pepper, stir.
Add broccoli, sprinkle with the wine, cover and let simmer about 10 minutes.
Withdrawn from the fire and go all in a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese, spread some butter flakes and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees, the time required to "au gratin" cooking.
Serve immediately.
