Pan of potatoes and onions (2)
Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut into slices thin enough.
Peel the onions and cut into slices horizontally too.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices.
Arrange the vegetables in layers in a baking dish, by salting and oiled by spraying of oil layer by layer.
Finish with oregano, bread crumbs, pecorino and pepper.
Bake in the oven.

- 800 g of potatoes
- 400 g of onions
- 400 g of ripe tomatoes
- Fresh oregano
- 60 g of grated pecorino cheese
- Stale bread crumbs
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
