Timbale baked rings
Instructions
Braise the chopped onion in the oil; combine the beef, braise slowly, then Deglaze with the wine.
Add the tomato paste and two ladles of broth and let simmer 45 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Boil the pasta and serve with sauce and grated cheese in a baking dish; combine shredded caciocavallo, finish with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven.

- 1 onion
- 10 cl of red wine
- 150 g of tomato paste
