Instructions
FRY a clove of garlic and anchovy 2 in oil and add the tomato paste; Cook for 20-30 minutes; Add the drained tuna and chopped, a tuft of parsley, salt, pepper and mix well; Cook again for 5/10 minutes.
Great on spaghetti.

- 400 g of tomato paste
- 300 g of tuna in olive oil
- 2 anchovies
- 1 tuft of chopped parsley
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
