Braised beef with peppers in crispy basket and rucola pesto
Instructions
Grate the Parmesan cheese on a piece of greaseproof paper and bake it in the microwave for 3 minutes at 600 watts.
Let it cool over an upside-down Bowl to form a basket.
Scald the strips of meat in a pan with oil, Rosemary and salt.
Wash the Arugula and dress with oil, salt and pepper.
Serve over the bits inside the grain basket.

- 100 g of arugula salad
