Instructions
Tap the meat slices, flour them and brown them very briefly in oil and butter heated in the proper place, with herbs.
Deglaze with Marsala and cucoere 2-3 minutes, then add salt and pepper.

- Flour
- 10 cl of dry marsala wine
- Some leaves of sage
- Marjoram
