Walnut Sauce (3) (Salsa Alle Noci (3))
Instructions
Put the bread in a little milk to soak; wring it out and crush it with walnuts and fresh Marjoram until obtaining a cream soda; Add salt, dilute with oil and gradually add grated Parmesan in order to have a smooth cream.
To be used to season both egg pasta, spaghettoni (long pasta) or bucatini.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of bread
- Little of milk
- 3 handfuls of walnut kernels
- Garlic
- Fresh marjoram
- 20 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
