Broccoli with olives
Instructions
Leave the Broccoli Florets divided in cold water with vinegar, then rinse.
In a casserole put 4 tablespoons oil, half the broccoli, half chopped olives, half grated caciocavallo and all peeled and sliced onions, then make another layer of ingredients.
Add salt, add 3 tablespoons of oil and wine.
Cover and cook for 40 minutes on low heat without stirring.

- 1500 g of broccoli
- 75 g of green olives
- 75 g of black olives
- 70 g of caciocavallo cheese
- 200 g of scallions
- White wine
- 7 tablespoons of olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
