Kidney stew in marsala sauce
Instructions
Cleanse the kidney of any remaining fat and cut it lengthwise into 4, then sliced and 1 hour marinarlo with water, salt, vinegar.
Braise in olive oil a mixture of smells; Add Bay leaves and cloves, then the kidney rinsed and dried and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
Deglaze with marsala and after 10 minutes add touches, rosemary potatoes, salt, pepper, and broth bring to cooking.

- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 onion

- Garlic
- Laurel
- Rosemary
- Cloves
- Apple cider vinegar
- 10 cl of dry marsala wine
