In a pan with butter, oil and salt to taste Cook burgers frozen still turning them occasionally.
Halfway through the cooking spray burgers with flour, pour the wine, pepper and then restrict your sauce.
Remove the meat and serve it with chips on a serving dish by deploying over the sauce you'll have lengthened with a little warm water.
