Instructions
Braise the chopped onion in the oil and add the beans, shredded and finocchetto 200 cl of water and bring to a boil.
Cook until you have a puree, salt and knocked over a large cutting board and press up to 1/2 inches in height.
Allow to cool and then cut the mixture into round or triangular shapes and using a spatula and FRY harvest in hot oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of fave secche peeled
- 1 fresh spring onion
- 1 bunch of wild fennel
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
