Tenerume soup
Instructions
Clean and wash separately zucchini and bean sprouts.
Brown garlic crushed with the anchovies in oil for 5 minutes, then add diced zucchini, sprouts into strips and diced potatoes.
After 5 minutes add the tomatoes; add 50 cl of water, bring to a boil and cook 30 minutes.
Serve on bread.

- 400 g of sprouts and zucchini leaves
- 300 g of zucchini
- 3 potatoes
- 200 g of san marzano tomatoes
- Garlic
- 3 anchovy fillets
- Olive oil extra virgin
