Instructions

Make you sweat in olive oil a mince of garlic and pancettta with onion and minced.

Combine the flour, stirring, then add the previously blanched broccoli and cut coarsely.

Merge then the potatoes peeled and cut in half, 120 cl of water, salt and pepper, bring to a boil and cook 30 minutes.

Take potatoes, mash and combine them to soup; Add the rice and bring to boiling.

Finish with pepper and cheese.
