Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter, milk, eggs and leave the dough to rise for an hour.
After forming the balls, the size of a walnut (slightly larger) imbottendole with ham, cheese and cottage cheese and put them in a pan greased with butter, not far removed from one another, and let rise for another hour.
Before baking, brush the balls with an egg yolk and let simmer (180 degrees) for about 20 minutes.
