Lasagna with spinach and chickpea puree on sbrinz
Instructions
Mix eggs and flour along with the tomato paste, roll out the pastry and cut into discs; Parboil.
Cook the spinach in the pan with a little oil, cream and sbrinz cheese thoroughly.
Mix everything together and thicken with cornflour.
Pre-cooked chickpeas Cook in a pan with oil, chopped onions and Rosemary.
Dilute with water and mix with salt and pepper.
Switch the disks of dough to filling of spinach, lasagna and serve over mashed chickpeas.
