Wash away the beards, depriving it of fennel stalk and hard leaves, then cut it into slices.
Peel the oranges and cut them into wedges.
Deprive the scallion roots, tails and cut it into very thin slices.
Mix the ingredients and toss with coriander seeds, salt, freshly ground pepper, oil.
