Mint salad (2)
Instructions
Wash and spin-dry the salad.
Trim the zucchini and cut into julienne.
In a bowl combine lettuce, Zucchini, salt, pepper, chopped Mint and basil, lemon juice and oil.
Mix the salad, then substitute in individual dishes and put in the Middle a ovolo with olive oil and pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 small zucchini
- 4 royal agarics of mozzarella di bufala
- 100 g of valeriana salad
- 100 g of arugula salad
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 bunch of mint
- Basil
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
