Instructions

Mix the ricotta with the butter, 3 eggs, the Parmesan cheese, a pinch of nutmeg, a tablespoon of chopped parsley, breadcrumbs and lesser amounts can of flour to gnocchi melt during cooking.

Form balls as big as a soup spoon (round dumplings), boil in lightly salted water and coat with butter and cheese.
