Instructions

Clean the prawns, dip them in flour, then in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs and fry them in a pan like a cutlet.

Clean, cut into wedges and cook them onions in a pan with oil, salt and a little water; blend in cooking.

Season the zucchini julienne with oil, salt and pepper.

Serve the shrimp on crispy onion cream and overcoming the dish with Zucchini salad.
