Brioches pears
Instructions
Wash pears, dry them and put them into 1 greased baking dish with butter.
Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon satin PEAR sugar, sprinkle some butter, pour over bottom of baking pan 4 tablespoons of water and put them in a hot oven at 210 degrees for 30 minutes.
Then empty the brioches and remove the cover and on each slide 1 pear.
In a double boiler melt chocolate with 2 tablespoons of water and 4 of cream and then pour over the pears.

- 4 pears
- 4 round venetian type pastries
- Sugar
- Butter
- 100 G = = Chocolate
