Brioches with marmalade
Instructions
With the flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar, warm milk, softened butter and the egg yolk to prepare a dough.
Let it rise for 30 minutes, covered, roll it out to a thickness of 1/2 cm, cut into triangles and roll shaped brioches.
Leave to rise for an hour and cook them in the oven already warm to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cut them in horizontal direction, stuff them with jam and brush on with it.

- 350 g of flour
- 20 g of bitter cocoa
- 25 g of brewer's yeast
- 50 g of sugar
- 15 cl of milk
- 80 g of butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 200 g of marmalade
