Focaccia with pumpkin flowers
Instructions
Knead the flour with a pinch of salt, sugar, yeast, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 25 cl of lukewarm water and work a smooth and elastic dough.
Form a ball, cutting it to cross and put it to rise covered for 1 hour.
Roll out with a rolling pin and put it on a baking tray oiled.
Cover it with pumpkin flowers, mid, scamorza, pepper, oil and bake for 20 minutes in very hot oven.
Spread the tomatoes and bake again for 2-3 minutes.

- 500 g of 0 flour
- 12 pumpkin flowers
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g of provola cheese
- 1 sachet of yeast for quiches
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper
