Stewed beans
Instructions
Prepare a beat of onion, carrot, celery and brasarlo in oil with garlic.
Remove garlic and add the crushed tomatoes.
Combine beans, take a turn and stretch with vegetable broth to cover them; cover and bring slowly to cooking, combining the broth as needed to keep the preparation and slow towards the end add salt and pepper.

- 2 san marzano tomatoes
- 100 cl of vegetable broth
- Olive oil extra virgin
