Artichokes with eggs
Instructions
Deprive the artichokes of hard leaves; scrub with lemon and dip them in salted water.
After 30 minutes put well and fill it with chopped garlic, parsley, mint, combined with oil, salt and cheese; accommodate you in an oiled baking dish, combine the broth, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 170 degrees.
After 60 minutes remove the aluminium, break an egg on each Artichoke and replace in oven 10 minutes.

- Mint

- 40 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 25 cl of vegetable broth
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
