Instructions
Clean the artichokes by depriving them of the hard leaves, well rubbed with tornendoli 1/2 lemon, by dipping them in water acidulated with lemon juice.
After half an hour drain artichokes upside down, beat them a little so they expand like flower petals, salt and pepper and internally, sprinkle with chopped parsley and irrorarli with oil, then place them on the grill and cook and brushing often with turning them until they oil.
