Hemp é with goat cheese Mousse
Instructions
With a sharp knife remove the crust of bread; cut out many small diamonds and let them toast lightly in the oven. In a bowl mix the ricotta and goat cheese with oil; add chopped mint leaves, salt and pepper. Keep aside a spoon, spread the mixture on half the bread toasted diamonds. Recap with other diamonds of bread, put the tuft of cream by hand by leaning over a grape, a Blueberry, a slice of Strawberry, alternating as you wish. Great dish for new year's dinner.
