Cold warm salt cod
Instructions
Cut a piece of cod thinly, serve with celery and carrot, cut into julienne strips and marinated in grapefruit juice and salt.
During the second cod steak in a pan with oil and garlic, then add the chopped olives and fennel seeds.
Compose the dish serving the cod cool with that.
